Today is just one of those solid packed day of different emotions, actions, experiences, thoughts.. so varied! Gosh, i don't even know how to fully describe it but today required mental, emotional and spiritual gymnastics. but yes it's over.
Today i felt like Neo in Matrix, dodging the slow-mo bullets.. one after another.. truly a very full day.. haha.. nothing life threatening.. but just profundity at which it comes by.. it's not light patters of rain drops.. but things that would impact you and hit you hard. Or perhaps, i didn't dodge it. haha.
As the day went by, as I stood at the various bus stops today, it suddenly lighted upon me the
importance of really starting your day right, in prayer and in drinking
in of the Word of God, because you never know what life will
throw at you, because you never know what situations you would be lead into.
Be ready in and out of season.
No matter what season of life you are in, be ready.

ReplyDeleteWhat thing about King David's life that always speaks to me is that he continually encouraged himself in the Lord. The world will always throw bullets/arrows (slo-mo, flaming or otherwise) at us, but our God is our Shield, our Shield of faith indeed that can deflect anything :)
