the best dad, the best mother, the best step mom, the best brother, the best sister, the best maids!
i do , i do , i so do! and i've done absolutely nothing to deserve them!! ahhh! God, you are sooo good. thank you that you don't always give us what we deserve.
#2 God has made me for the nations
it seems that since coming to know Christ, He has constantly put me in cross cultural situations! school, at work, with the youths i meet. It's been a super privilege to meet and get to know people from all over the world , of all different ages. I can't shake off the feeling that for the rest of my life, i will be involved in one way or another in different nations or rather, people from different nations!!
#3 I flex my behavior unconsciously to the environment
today one of my MPA classmates when found out that i help prepare materials to explain and apply bible principles to daily life (ie. life group materials) said that sounded like some really serious stuff and commented that i don't look the part! haha. then it dawned on me that i think i come across as more relaxed and less serious in my class (in fact, i suspect i come across as rather 'ditzy'..haha) How ironic that in church, most people view me as the serious type. Truth is, i am both. but i realised that i tend to be more serious when everyone else is more fun-loving (ie. our church family!) and more "chilled out" when everyone else is more serious (ie. at school!). Not too sure exactly why though. .
#4 I have the best family in the world (literally, in Singapore, Myanmar and China)!!

ReplyDeleteso the reason u're so crazy with me, bea & YW is that we're more serious? :P U noe how u say i used to always 'maluate' u? It's cos whenever i see u act serious i can't help wanting to prod u and release the inner nut in u! ha ha ok... my confession is out!
